 Warranty and Returns.

You may return any unopened products within thirty (30) days from the original Invoice date, unless restricted by either Bizcom Telecom or the manufacturer's own warranty policy.

Items must be unopened and still in their original shrink wrap and sealed, We do not accept products that are sold as-is or sold as unreturnable unless approved.

After that 30 days, items are covered by a manufacturer's warranty if appicable, but will vary depending on the product in question. Please contact us and we'll see what we can do to resolve any issue.

All returned products must be 100% complete in original packaging and in resalable condition, with all packaging, software, manuals, blank warranty cards and other accessories and documentation included.

Opened items or products with incomplete packaging,  missing accessories or documentation will be subject to a 15% restocking charge subject to our approval.

Due to supplier and manufacturer restrictions, some opened items will be non-refundable. In these cases we will usually allow returns with some restrictions, for example store credit and/or a restocking charge.

All Shipping costs are non refundable unless approved by Bizcom Telecom ltd.

All items returned to us must be shipped pre-paid unless approved by Bizcom Telecom ltd.

Warranty Returns

If your product is not functioning properly upon arrival (DOA items), please call or send a message (but not later than 30 days from purchase for DOA items) for troubleshooting or request a RMA . Many times we can assist you in diagnosing and resolving your product problems. In the case of a defective product, Bizcom Telcom Ltd. will replace the product with an exchange of the same item, subject to in-stock availability.

To return a product you will require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) from us, and you will have to pay for shipping charges in returning the product to us. Repaired or replaced RMA items will be shipped to you free.

When you purchase any product from Bizcom Telecom Ltd., you are entitled to its manufacturer's warranty against defective merchandise. Please contact us if you have any difficulties with your purchase.

Physical damage to any product will void the product's warranty. Modifying a product in a permanent way is considered physical damage. Physical damage voids any warranty previously implied for any product.


We ship to the Canada and the US.

We try to process your order the same day as we receive it. We will notify you if there is any delay in processing your order.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. These estimates are for information purposes only and are provided by the shipper. We are not responsible for shipping delays or incorrect shipping date estimates.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
